The proposed development includes approximately 33,000 square ft. of industrial and commercial retail building space within the Old West Highway Development District in Apache Junction, Arizona. The address is 1955 E. Old West Highway. This area has received huge investment dollars from the city and ADOT to widen the highway to two lanes divided with landscaping, sidewalks, etc. connecting the North East Valley along the Superstition Mountain front to the US 60 and all the new, and proposed freeways to the South East Valley. The idea was to provide space for contractors, building supply vendors, and the like, that will serve all the proposed growth in the surrounding area. The property is 3.66 acres including 555 feet of frontage on Old West Highway. The approved concept and civil site plan includes 15 industrial condos with gated yards. 14 of the condos are 1500 square ft. and 1 is 1920 square ft. (see site plan). Each industrial condo has 750 square ft. of outdoor, paved and gated yard space. There is also a larger "anchor" space with an approximately 10,000 square ft. building with mezzanine office space.
